about rebecca

yoga teacher

I’m a yoga teacher, educator, artist, and lifelong learner who believes yoga should feel more like something you get to explore and less like something you have to already be good at.

I’ve practiced yoga for more than 15 years and hold a Master’s degree in Education, along with 500 hours of yoga teacher training and additional certifications in adaptive and chair yoga, trauma literacy and nervous system regulation, meditation, and somatic practices. I’ve taught in private sessions, studios, gyms, and community spaces with students of different ages, abilities, and experience levels.

My background as an educator shapes the way I teach. I’m interested in figuring out how you learn, what works in your body, and what makes yoga useful and rewarding enough that you actually want to keep coming back to the mat. My teaching style is calm, curious, playful, and warm, with clear instruction, plenty of options, and room to ask questions, rest, wobble, laugh, or try something a different way.

You don’t need to become a whole new version of yourself before you can benefit from yoga.

Come as you are. We’ll start there.
